Cumin is the South Malé trio's Indian and Indian-Ocean kitchen — a beachfront room that runs the island's à la carte breakfast in the morning and turns to Indian, Maldivian and Sri Lankan cooking at dinner, with herbs and spices from the chef's own garden.
