Koko is a beachfront Japanese grill where chefs cook over the teppan as the Maldivian sky frames the ocean. 2. Ahi in Kamakura: Local yellowfin tuna in three styles
3. Sushi: Blue jack nigiri and maki of tuna and avocado
4. Hokaido Hotate: Sake marinated scallops, soy roasted garlic, lemon butter with sesame spinach and pickled radish
5. Maldivian Lobster: Seared lobster tail with mustard sauce, nimono vegetables and wasabi infused olive oil
6. Wagyu Beef and Seasonal Truffle: Japanese Wagyu beef tenderloin, truffle jus, grilled vegetables, selection of flavored sea salts
7. Lobster Miso with Warm Garlic Rice: Miso soup with Maldivian lobster, spring onion and wakami
8. Dessert: Fresh seasonal melon, fresh berries with cream
