Your Days on the Island

Vadoo's compact 2.8-acre island keeps things intimate — the house reef and spa are the headline acts. Non-motorised water sports are complimentary, and the PADI dive centre accesses excellent South Malé Atoll sites.

House Reef & Underwater

Vadoo's house reef is excellent — shore entry from the beach near Dhoni Bar leads to a rich ecosystem with regular sightings of reef sharks, turtles, and eagle rays. The reef slopes into the deep Vaadhoo Kandu channel, attracting pelagics rarely seen from shore. A coral propagation lab established in 2024 is actively restoring reef health.

Transfer from Malé
