PAI is the genuine dine-around — three-course à la carte at Suan Bua, La Brezza, and Al Khaimah; buffet at Oceans; daily afternoon tea; sunset canapés; daily-replenished minibar. GAI covers premium pours (20 cocktails, 9 mocktails) until 23:00.

PAI is the only plan that unlocks the dine-around across Suan Bua, La Brezza, and Al Khaimah; supplement is roughly $70/day above standard AI.

Your Days on the Island

North Malé Atoll's classic dive sites — Banana Reef, HP Reef, Lankan Manta Point — sit within an hour by dhoni. Best Dives Maldives runs the on-site PADI 5-Star centre with 39 catalogued sites. The house reef is the strength: ~20 metres off the beach with reef sharks, hawksbill turtles, eagle rays, and (April–December) seasonal mantas.

House Reef & Underwater

One of the more snorkel-friendly house reefs within easy reach of Velana. The reef edge sits ~20 metres off the beach on multiple sides of the island — direct shore entry, regular sightings of blacktip and whitetip reef sharks, hawksbill and green turtles, eagle rays, octopus, and (April–December) seasonal mantas en route to nearby cleaning stations. Overwater villas have private staircases straight into snorkelable water. The trade-off vs. an outer-atoll reef: you'll see container ships and a working harbour island across the lagoon — close to Malé means close to traffic.

Who This Resort is For

Centara Ras Fushi's pitch is honest: an adults-only North Malé 4-star at one of the lowest entry points within 20 minutes of Velana, with a genuinely good house reef and a Premium AI that delivers a real dine-around. The two recurring complaints — no real pool villas and visible nearby industrial infrastructure — are deal-breakers for some and irrelevant to others. If those don't matter, the price-to-location ratio here is hard to match in adults-only North Malé.
