118 villas across three types - from 56 sqm beachfront Superior Villas to 90 sqm overwater Water Villas. Most Superior Villas are semi-detached and closer to the beach; Deluxe upgrades add a bathtub and a little more space. Water Villas have direct lagoon steps and jacuzzi tubs, but no private pool - Filitheyo has no pool villa category at all.
