Riu Atoll does something the Maldives barely offered before 2019: a true mass-market all-inclusive. The AI 24 programme is the most complete in its price band, and the twin-island setup adds a 5-star neighbour a stroll away. It is loud, organised fun on a lagoon island rather than intimate luxury, and judged as exactly that, it delivers real value.
