Dining Inclusions

Three plans — BB, Half Board Plus, and Full Board Plus. Both half- and full-board upgrade with drinks at meals (Dhonveli), all-day soft drinks and beers in your villa minibar, and a complimentary sundowner cocktail at Muraka. There's no all-inclusive tier — set-menu signature nights at Muraka carry a supplement on every plan.

Muraka set-menu signature nights (Lobster Wednesday, Tomahawk Thursday, Wine & Dine Saturday) carry $72–$132 supplements on HB/FB. Maazeege Raha cultural tasting ($73) and rum/wine tastings ($97–$127) are a la carte across all plans.

Your Days on the Island

Built around what the island actually is: a 300-metre dot at the southern end of South Ari, a stone's throw from the SAMPA whale-shark belt and Hukurudhoo Faru. Ocean-Pro Diving (PADI 5-Star, on-site since the 1990s) operates 50 dive sites within an hour, including the Madige wreck. The 6-km house reef is accessible 24/7 for shore snorkelling.

House Reef & Underwater

The 6-kilometre house reef is the property's headline asset — directly accessible from every overwater villa via private steps, with the beach-villa side reachable via short shore swim. Blacktip reef sharks cruise the drop-off, hawksbill and green turtles graze the shallows, and eagle rays glide the lagoon edge. The wider South Ari Marine Protected Area (SAMPA) sits just outside, offering the world's only year-round whale-shark aggregation site — Mirihi runs Whale Shark Seeker trips Mondays and Thursdays.

Transfer from Malé

South Ari is 30 minutes by Trans Maldivian seaplane from Velana Airport — daylight only (last departure ~3:15 PM). Trans Maldivian operates the route; the resort coordinates from a dedicated Mirihi Lounge in the seaplane terminal once flights are confirmed. Approximate cost: $700 pp roundtrip.
