Meedhupparu's house reef from your villa. The water villas sit directly over one of the Maldives' best house reefs. Step off your sundeck into the lagoon and snorkel among turtles, reef sharks, eagle rays, and Napoleon wrasse without ever needing a boat. The north side of the jetty has the densest coral growth.

Prestige Water Villas occupies a rare niche — the intimacy of a 20-villa boutique resort with the facilities of a full-size property next door. The house reef is genuinely outstanding, butler service is personal and well-reviewed, and the exclusive restaurant elevates the dining above standard all-inclusive fare. The seaplane transfer adds cost but also adds spectacle.
