Sea Fire Salt is the signature over-water grill of the South Malé trio, where baby reef sharks and stingrays cruise beneath the deck. The kitchen flame-grills Maldivian catch-of-the-day and prime imported cuts on Himalayan pink-salt bricks, with an in-house dry-ager for the Australian beef and a resident Wine Guru on pairings. Shared across the Dhigu / Veli / Naladhu dine-around.
