Raw — Menu & Prices
Raw is Huvafen Fushi's spa restaurant, perched over the lagoon on the sunset side of the island, where the menu is organic, plant-forward and prepared live by the chef. The kitchen leans on whole grains, sprouting seeds, nut milks and natural sweeteners, with any meat or seafood served raw, cured or dehydrated rather than cooked. Expect cold-pressed detox juices, sashimi and ceviche, raw-style lasagne and "pizza", and a short list of organic wines. It is light, health-minded eating built around handpicked produce from the chef's garden.
