Multi-course fine dining (meat tasting menu)
5.8 Undersea Restaurant — Menu
Kuredu Island Resort & Spa · Glass-walled undersea restaurant, 5.8 metres below the lagoon
Billed as the world's largest all-glass undersea restaurant, 5.8 sits 5.8 metres beneath the surface and is shared between Kuredu and its sister island Hurawalhi. Dinner is a single 18:00 seating built around a fixed tasting menu, with the reef lit up on every side of the acrylic tunnel. This is the "Land" menu — a seven-course meat progression running from foie gras parfait and Kagoshima wagyu tartare through quail, Margra lamb and Wagyu A4 tenderloin to a golden-chocolate dessert. Separate seafood and vegan menus are offered at the same price point.
