Beach Rouge is LUX*'s social, music-led beach club on the sand — equal parts restaurant and bar, drifting from long lazy lunches to red-lit, DJ-fuelled dinners. The Mediterranean menu leans on small grazing plates: wood-fired pizza and flatbreads, mezze, salads, ceviche and grills. A “Keen on Green” theme runs throughout, flagging plant-forward and vegetarian dishes sourced from local farms. Think bohemian Ibiza or Mykonos, relocated to the Maldives.

- A la carte mains run roughly $20–$36; bites and desserts from about $12–$18. Prices exclude 10% service charge and 17% GST.
- Green-labelled “Keen on Green” dishes are vegetarian or plant-based, and several others can be made vegan or vegetarian on request.
- Casual by day, the venue shifts to an elegant dress code, red lighting and a resident DJ after sunset — expect a livelier scene at dinner.
