Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas · Over-water, under a cuttlebone-shaped dome · à la carte + signature kaiseki set

FIRE is Kihavah's over-water grill, sheltered under a sculptural cuttlebone dome, where Japanese teppanyaki meets a Peruvian-Nikkei streak — tiraditos, ceviches and Peruvian-style tacos sit alongside nigiri, maki and the teppan counter. The headline act is the wagyu programme, topped by Japanese Miyazaki A5; the easiest way in is the seven-course FIRE Signature Kaiseki set.

  • Remember the +10% service and +17% government tax on top of every à la carte price below.
  • FIRE is over-water and works for families — unlike SEA's adults-only dinner.
