SEA — Menu
SEA sits six metres under the lagoon, wrapped in glass and patrolled by reef sharks and trevally — the centrepiece of Kihavah's SEA.FIRE.SPICE.SKY. complex and billed as the Maldives' first and only dedicated caviar restaurant. The kitchen builds its tasting menus around four tiers of halal-certified caviar, sustainably sourced from farmed sturgeon. Lunch is a five-course degustation; dinner steps up to a seven-course signature tasting, with lighter à la carte caviar dishes available either side.

Know before you book
- SEA is bed-and-breakfast or half-board only at Kihavah — there is no all-inclusive plan, so dining here is charged à la carte on top of your room rate.
- Dinner is adults-only; children are welcome at lunch and on the Monday family night.
- The room is reached by stairs down a spiral staircase — there is no lift to the underwater level.
- Caviar is the whole point: if you're not a caviar person, FIRE (teppanyaki) or SPICE (pan-Asian) is the better booking.
