Ba'theli — Menu & Prices
Ba'theli is Milaidhoo's signature restaurant, set across traditional dhoni boats moored over the lagoon and billed as the only Maldivian fine-dining room in the world built on a boat. The kitchen reworks the cuisine of the ancient Indian Ocean spice routes that once carried cinnamon, cardamom and clove through the islands, served as refined island-style plates. Expect a multi-course "Setting Sail" journey alongside an a la carte of Maldivian mezze, garudhiya soups, grilled reef fish and signature curries. It is heritage cooking with finesse rather than a buffet, and a sunset table here is one of the island's set-pieces.
