Raffles Maldives Meradhoo · Overwater fine-dining restaurant over the lagoon

Yuzu is Raffles Maldives Meradhoo's overwater Nikkei restaurant, where Japanese precision meets the bright, spiced punch of Peru. The kitchen builds around sustainably line-caught local fish, working it into sashimi, tiradito and signature rolls alongside a robata grill and contemporary mains. Ceviche-style raw plates and miso-glazed grills sit beside indulgences like lobster, uni fried rice and Wagyu. An adjacent over-water bar pours sake, pisco and mezcal alongside made-to-order sashimi and sliders.
