No all-inclusive here — Six Senses focuses on quality over coverage. The half-board dine-around upgrade unlocks all restaurants and is the sweet spot for most guests. Add a drinks package separately.

Six Senses Laamu is built for active guests and marine enthusiasts. The resort is the only dive operator in Laamu Atoll — meaning uncrowded sites — and sits next to Yin Yang, one of the Maldives' best surf breaks. The sustainability programmes are genuine and among the most immersive in the country.

Family-Friendly Features

Six Senses Laamu treats families seriously. The Den runs daily activities for ages 3–12 including a splash pool and sandy play areas. Older kids and teens get the Junior Marine Biology programme with real reef snorkels and science experiments, plus a three-day Sustainability Camp. Under-12s stay free on stays of four nights or more. The SHELL marine education centre, turtle nesting season, and PADI Mermaid courses make this one of the most enriching family resorts in the Maldives.

House Reef & Underwater

Six Senses Laamu's house reef is one of the healthiest in the Maldives — benefiting from the remote Laamu Atoll location and the resort's own coral restoration programme. Hard coral coverage is excellent, turtles are near-guaranteed in the seagrass, and the resident marine biology team runs daily guided snorkels.

Transfer from Malé

Laamu Atoll is in the south — two transfer options depending on budget and flight timing. The domestic flight option is cheaper and not restricted to daylight hours.
