Waldorf Astoria Maldives Ithaafushi · Bamboo treehouse pods suspended in the rainforest canopy
Terra is Waldorf Astoria Ithaafushi's fine-dining destination, served in intimate bamboo "treehouse" pods nestled high in the island canopy. The kitchen sends out a multi-course tasting menu built around luxury produce - blue lobster, A5 Wagyu, Alaskan king crab and caviar. Each pod seats a single party for a private, slow-paced dinner above the trees.

Know before you book
- A 5- or 7-course tasting; roughly $360-420++ per person depending on length (2025) - confirm at booking.
- Each meal opens with an amuse-bouche and the kitchen offers a choice between a meat and a non-meat main course.
- Caviar and seasonal black truffle can be pre-ordered or added; truffle has a 2-gram minimum.
