The Ledge is the Maldives outpost of Dave Pynt, the Michelin-starred chef behind Singapore's Burnt Ends. Everything centres on the custom wood-fired grill, from Gillardeau oysters and Blackmore's Wagyu to whole lobster and smoke-kissed desserts. There are separate lunch and dinner cards plus two tasting menus, Chef's Select and the shorter Signature menu.

- Everything runs through Dave Pynt's wood-fired grill - the same open-fire approach as his Michelin-starred Burnt Ends in Singapore.
- There are distinct lunch and dinner menus; the a la carte is broad, from $10 tacos to premium Blackmore's Wagyu.
- Wagyu and lobster are priced per 100g, so the final bill depends on the cut weight - ask before ordering.
- Two tasting menus are offered: Chef's Select at $295-350++ per person and the shorter Signature menu at $195++, each with an optional $195++ wine pairing.
