Zuma Maldives is the brand's first floating outpost, an over-water pavilion serving the contemporary izakaya cooking that made the restaurant a global name. The menu runs across three kitchens - the robata grill, the sushi counter and the main kitchen - taking in sashimi, signature miso black cod, premium Wagyu and shareable robata skewers. It is designed for relaxed, table-wide sharing.
