Ithaa is the world's first all-glass undersea restaurant, set five metres below sea level beneath a 180-degree coral panorama. Lunch is a four-course set and dinner a seven-course degustation, both designed by Director of Culinary Richard Cross and his team. A mid-morning champagne "visiting hour" of canapes is also offered.
