Mandhoo is an over-water organic restaurant built around the "5 Elements" menu — Air, Earth, Fire, Water and Plant — each grouping dishes by a wellness intention such as energizing, nourishing or detoxifying. The kitchen leans on light cooking, local produce and a strong vegetarian and vegan offering. A dedicated wellness menu was developed with nutritionist Jessica Sepel (JSHealth).
