Ufaa by Jereme Leung is an over-water Chinese restaurant rooted in Cantonese and regional traditions. The kitchen turns out dim sum, hand-pulled noodle soups, wok-fried classics, whole Peking duck and live Maldivian lobster from the tank, priced by the 100g. Lunch leans on noodles and dim sum; dinner expands into Sichuan dishes, premium seafood and barbecue.
